Our tailored services include:
Discovery: Assists participants in identifying their interests, strengths, and career goals to develop personalized employment plans.
Job Development: Provides customized employment and a flexible process to personalize the employment relationship between a job candidate and an employer in a way that meets the needs of both based on an individualized match between the strengths, conditions, and interests of a job candidate and the identified business needs of an employer.
Ongoing Job Supports: Helps the participant to learn and complete job tasks either when beginning a new job, after a promotion, or after a significant change in duties or circumstances and provide individualized support a participant may need to maintain their job in the community successfully. This includes job coaching, facilitating the provision of natural supports in the workplace, systematic instruction, travel training to commute independently to the job, personal care assistance, behavioral supports, and delegated nursing tasks, if needed, to support the employment activity.
Co-worker Employment Supports: Facilitates participant’s integration into workplace teams by promoting collaboration and inclusivity. This is a time-limited support provided by the employer to assist the participant, upon employment, with extended orientation and training beyond what is typically provided for an employee.
Follow Along Supports: Provides periodic support to ensure sustained success and address challenges as they arise after a participant has transitioned into their job. This includes at least two face-to-face contacts with the participant monthly.
Self-Employment Development Supports: Guides participants in starting and managing their own businesses to achieve financial independence and personal fulfillment. This includes assistance with the development of a business and marketing plan, identifying potential sources of business, financing, and launching a business.
